Healthy Solutions Workbook & Eight Week Class Series

Learn why RDA values are no longer adequate! What is? What nutrients (and what amounts) are the crucial cancer and disease fighters? 

6: Metabolism: Turn up the heat and keep the fat burning!   How metabolism really works: It’s not always as simple as “calories in and calories out!” 

7: Motivational Tools for a Lifetime of Success: How do we keep motivation going when life throws us all its day to day stresses and challenges? How do you stay focused when the world seems to revolve around food!
