We offer employees a variety of services: a private weekly nutrition consultation, an 8 week class series called Healthy Solutions, as well as various one hour lecture/workshop topics.  (See "Healthy Solutions" tab and "Lecture Topics" tab for more details.) 

For individual employees: No two people are the same, so why should you have carbon copies for your nutrition plan and lifestyle needs?

For general and/or specific nutrition education: We have a unique series of PowerPoint presentations and classes that can be presented to interested groups of employees. They have already been well received at Juniper Networks, NetApp, Electronic Arts, Chevron, and many other Bay Area corporations.

For company health: Health care costs keep escalating for all companies and employees. Now is the time to think about being more proactive with health management and think about preventative health care. Most conditions can be eliminated or prevented with diet and lifestyle changes.

For cafeteria Advice: Is your cafeteria full of a dizzying array of choices that taunt and confuse you? Learn how to eat well and avoid/moderate the foods that trigger problems for you.

In partnership with your health club: We have worked extensively with fitness clubs in the Bay Area.

To enhance exercise plans: Getting the results you really want from your workouts requires balanced nutrition with your own individualized plan.
