"I had always been curious about the kinds of foods I have been eating and what is the right portions and all that stuff I just didn't really get. I mean, sure the whole "eat modestly" and "watch your portions" speels are easy to hear, but what exactly is enough??? These were the things that were really bugging me a few months ago so I set out to get an education in it.
I met with Lauren Walker over at Weigh To Health, and it was so awesome!!! I had no idea that what I had been choosing to eat was in fact the opposite of what I needed to do, and I noticed big changes in my energy and body right away by just switching up a few things !!! I always left my sessions with Lauren uplifted and focused on what goals I wanted to achieve that week. Even better, once I started looking at the food choices our conversations naturally lent themselves to a few other topics that allowed me to explore the whole body and some issues I had.
