Customized Weight Management and Nutrition Consulting

Our distinct program characteristics are based on each person's diversified needs.  We focus on weight management, blood sugar imbalances (diabetes/hypoglycemia), hormone balance, cholesterol/high blood pressure, digestion and emotional/stress eating.

Your individual program includes these benefits:

  • Weekly education packets which consist of science based nutrition, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques for emotional/stress eating challenges, menu planning, etc. 
  • Calorie range and proper macronutrient balance (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) are calibrated for you. 
  • Lifestyle and behavioral changes are addressed to support specific challenges. 
  • High quality supplements may be suggested to clients.  These supplements are clinically studied and are manufactured by an FDA-registered drug establishment. (Most vitamin and supplements are not.)  
  • Weekly motivation, accountability, and unconditional support are included in your program.  
  • Weigh to Health is doctor approved. 
  • Certified Nutrition Consultants are highly qualifed, with over 30 years expertise in the health and wellness field.

Phone & Internet Nutrition Consulting Plans

Ideal for those in the office or at home and are too busy to meet with us in person, or live out of our area. 

The Initial Consultation is FREE - this is where we will discuss your current lifestyle and your particular goals.  We can also tell you more about what we can personally offer you. 

2 Sessions are $135, 5 sessions are $285 and 9 sessions are $395

Private Sessions in our Los Gatos Office

In office, private visits offer all the same qualifying benefits as phone consulting as previously outlined for the phone visits. However, they are conducted in person. Visits are also extended in time length to 50 minutes per session for those that need more in-depth education, motivation and support.
